Ansys Workbench

Thermal analysis of an aluminum honey comb heat sink was conducted using Ansys workbench. The temperature and heat flux gradient was simulated in the steady state thermal condition, in which the bottom surface was subjected to the heat flux of 1000 w/m   and all other surfaces are in contact with air with the heat flux of 30 w/m   and temperature of 28  C. The deformation due to thermal stress at such condition was also analyzed.
